2. Summarize in your own words what each conversation is about. Do not transcribe the dialogue. 

                         Example: The conversation between the two shoppers at  

                 the grocery store: 

                The lady with the curly black  hair is looking for the 

                cereal that is on sale.  The lady with the long blonde hair 

                cannot find the pasta section. These two women go to the 

                store manager and ask for help. The manager gladly helps 

                both women. The two shoppers are grateful for the good 

                service he has given them. The store manager wishes 

                them a good day.
