No every one driving like a crazy that most happened in San juan. In small city you dont see a lot of courtesy but exist. The people living a stress life and is the same way driving a car with too many stress working and the same time driving, reading, comb the hair, and a lot thing happend when are driving. I know the people have to take a little easy. Because a lots of live are in risk when you are driving.
